to animated gif file and then prepare HTML email with this gif file.
4. What is DNS server?
You’ll need
DNS server if you want to use built-in mail server. To use it you should
check Direct delivery on the addresses tab. DNS server is used to give
a route to recipients’ mailbox. You can use any DNS you know. But
the best choice for the fastest sending is to use your ISP’s DNS.

What is SMTP server?
You’ll need SMTP server if you want to send e-mails using Blind
Carbon Copy (BCC) or Personal Copy (PC) through your Internet provider
and SMTP means -a mail server you use to send out your emails. If you
don’t know your SMTP you can contact your ISP to discover that.
Please note, that some ISPs don’t provide SMTP access by their
own and also block access to all other external and internal mail servers

Will email recipients see a whole mail list?
In all 3 modes everybody
will see his own address only. You can safely use any of them. You mail
list won’t be visible for anybody.

What are differences between BCC, personal Copy and direct delivery
modes?
· Direct delivery
- uses built-in mail server. Fast. Letters are personal.
· BCC mode - uses your ISP mail server. Very fast. Letters are
not personal.
· Personal mode -uses your ISP mail server. Very fast. Letters
are personal

How can I export my Excel file to Mail Them Pro?
This is Excel
To import this file
to Mail Them Pro choose 'Database' on the 'Options' page, then select
'Excel' and press 'Next'. On the next page you have to find the file
first - in our case book1.xls
Then fill out the
fields
Table Name=Sheet1
Field with emails=email
Field wih names=name
Check your Excel file
to find appropriate values for these fields

How can I merge several mailing lists into one?
Put files with e-mail
addresses, which you want to merge, to one folder, the select them,
like on the picture bellow, and press open. You can merge CSV or TXT
files.

How can I get additional custom fields (tags) for mail merge?
Change 'columns' value
on the 'addresses' page. You can add up to 8 columns to the usual 2
and automatically you'll get up to 8 additional custom fields (tags).
