Messages'
Using this page you
can easily and automatically handle subscribe and unsubscribe requests
and bounced messages. Press ‘Check E-mail’ button on the bottom
of the window to check e-mail (don’t forget to provide POP3 server
setting before).
There are 3 fields
on the left, which contain subject lines for subscribe and unsubscribe
requests and bounced messages. They already contain several standard
templates, but you can also add or remove any other.
On the right you can
choose how you want to handle these requests
- For subscribe requests
– you can add them to ‘addresses to send’ on the ‘Address’
page and delete from the server
- For unsubscribe
requests – you can add them to ‘excluded addresses’
on the ‘Address’ page, remove from ‘addresses to send’
on the ‘Address’ page and delete from the server
- For bounced messages
– you can add them to ‘excluded addresses’ on the ‘Address’
page, remove from ‘addresses to send’ on the ‘Address’
page and delete from the server
If you have messages that are
not handled, save them and forward as attachments to our support team
