First of all check
that you don't have any firewalls or antivirus software (especially
pay attention to Norton Antivirus) installed on you PC. If you have
any then check question 3
If you have direct
connection to the Internet and still can't send 'using direct delivery'
that probably mean that your Internet Service Provider blocks it. The
solution is to change ISP (we recommend small local ISPs. Don't use
nationwide like AOL, MSN or Earthlink). Or if your mailing list is not
very big (around 1 000 or less) you can send through your ISP's mail
server. To do it switch to 'personal copy' on the 'addresses' page
If you're on the network
contact your systems administrator to make sure that port 25 is opened

AOl often blocks 'direct
delivery from entrusted mail server. The best solution for AOL is 'personal
copy' mode. To do it switch to 'personal copy' on the 'addresses' page

I can't send using 'direct delivery' and I have firewall and/or antivirus
software (for example, Norton antivirus)
If you have such type
of software we recommend you to turn off outgoing email scanwhen you send using Mail Them Pro. After you finished you can turn it
on back. Bellow we provide the instruction how you can do it with Norton
Antivirus.
If you go under Norton
AntiVirus Options, you click off Norton System Auto-Protect and then
click off Norton Outgoing Email Scan. When I disabled those two features,
I stopped having problems and my messages sent quickly and without a
problem. And then, when the mailing is complete, all you need to do
is go back into Options and re-enable those features. This way, you
computer is only unprotected for short amounts of time and you don't
have to sacrifice Mail Them Pro or Norton AntiVirus.

it?
Mail Them Pro has
'Spam Check' function. It checks your email content against spam filter
and gives you recommendations what to change. Read article How
